Galidor: Defenders of the Outer Dimension was announced in early 2002. It was originally going to be a PlayStation 2 game but was cancelled around early 2003. It got very far in development according to one of the designers. It was also going to be for the Nintendo GameCube but that was also cancelled and is unknown how far it got. Asylum Entertainment went through layoffs in late 2003 and the game disappeared. The game would eventually be released in 2005 with other Lego games which were being re-released at the time.
ECTS 2002 Trailer
The game was shown behind closed doors at ECTS 2002. This is the first glimpse that people got of the game. There are very brief glimpses of the PC version as the cancelled PlayStation 2 version and the GameBoy Advance game are mostly shown.

Lego Sport CD Trailer
This is a trailer for the game that was on a Lego Sport CD that was released in 2003. It looks very close to the final game but has some differences. The trailer shows that the footage is from a work in progress build.

- Debug text is present and is dated 10:49am and from late 2002.
- Frame rate text is present.
- A Microsoft Xbox logo is shown at the end of the video with the other console logos indicating there was an Xbox port planned at some point but is unconfirmed.
