ICO on PlayStation
Originally, ICO was designed for the PS1. However, due to the PS1's limitations and the upcoming release of the more powerful PlayStation 2, development was moved over to the new console. Only one known demo was made using the PS1 hardware, and footage of it was shown on the "Wanda to Kyozou: Special NICO" DVD, given in anticipation of the release of Shadow of the Colossus. Out of the notable differences, one is the use of pre-rendered FMV cutscenes, which themselves show cut concepts.
