Right off the bat, you can see a single drill is placed in your inventory. In the final you have unlimited drills.
The Objective Reminder and Loot acquired boxes are much more stylized compared to final.
When you pick up a bag, an obnoxious icon appears dead center of the screen telling you what it is and how much it's worth. This would be toned way down for final, with it just being a much less intrusive text box that quickly shuffles to the side.
The icon telling you how many hostages you have is much simpler.
The outlines that appear if something can be drilled or ECM through are colored yellow instead of the final's green (or white in the case of the thermal drill).
The Medic bag has a different icon.
The HUD tells you how much value a bag has.
Your teammate's Bag and Ziptie icons are also vertical instead of horizontal.

The POLICE ASSAULT IN PROGRESS banner is diagonal. It also reads "POLICE ASSAULT STAY IN COVER /// ".
At about 3:38, a blown up Police Car can be seen.
