Errors
First of all, a few images present on the box art cover for the game. As you can see, the font is very different compared to the final version. They're worth mentioning here because they're pre-release screenshots on a box cover for the final game.
Here's an example of a difference that they didn't change at first, but was changed in the final game. Instead of the name being "Chiaki", it is instead "Hayasaka" which is a thing that carried over from the japanese version where the last name goes first. This was changed in the final version of course.
Video Time! There is a video of an early translation of the game left on the North-American website for the game.
Here's the most obvious difference that you can see in this video. The text that displays the information about a skill isn't changing and is instead on one line. This is obviously a placeholder.
E3 Trailer
The trailer shown at E3. There aren't really that many differences here. But there is one that is worth noting. And that is that the Shin Megami Tensei text is altered and moved a bit.
