Screenshots
- Mega Star Mario has a very different color palette from the final.
- The wedding structure in the wedding scene area isn't as decorated.
- Count Bleck did not have his cloak down in the early wedding scene.
- Count Bleck creates a basic white particle effect instead of a unique black one.
- Peach is not unconscious when Count Bleck creates the particle effect.
- Bowser doesn't have a shocked expression when Count Bleck creates the particle effect.
- Nastasia isn't behind the alter in the early wedding scene.
- There was originally a ladder shaped Pixl that was removed in the final game.
- Tippi could be used during the big Blooper fight.
- The residents seen in one of the screenshots are unused in the final game's data.
- Peach's hair is down and isn't in a ponytail. Her parasol isn't properly transparent either.
Trailer
- Whoa Zone looked slightly different and darker.
- Mario is seen wearing an astronaut helmet in Whoa Zone.
- The trailer shows the final Mega Star Mario, unlike the screenshots. This suggests that the trailer may depict a later build than the screenshots.
Interestingly, the trailer is called "GCN_Video_PaperMarioBros_trlr_01.mov", despite the game being referred to by its final name in the names and contents of the other E3 2006 press materials.

Fracktail Battle
