Questions

Hello! Just wanted to ask some questions regarding the characters/cut characters section. First off, how many cut characters should I add? I have already put in the Carefree Guy from Volume 8 of the Mother 3 Times; do I need to add any more? And what is the jurisdiction/criteria on what characters/info should be put in the regular Characters section? Should physical/personality changes be added or left out entirely? Or should those all be put in? I am obtaining my info regarding EarthBound 64 characters from this Google Document here, which was so graciously made by Snowwood and Echoes here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1vzKgNFoYVZnMGtTGrKaY36GcwiAX3USf8rcP3yhdvIs/mobilebasic
