Proto:Command & Conquer: Generals/Build 98 Alpha/Sound files

To do: Insert final counterparts, if possible. Add the select sound for the GLA Command centre and barracks since it's different here in this build.

The prototype contains many placeholder Red Alert 2 voicelines and early voice lines for many units recorded, presumably by the developers and not by professional actors. The build also contains early SFX and mission sounds not found anywhere else.

Included in the build three tracks taken from various films and one song, Boom by the band P.O.D., the soundtrack hadn't been composed and so these were used as placeholder music.
