A prototype build of Crash Bandicoot: Wrath of Cortex for GameCube was anonymously released on 4chan on November 8th, 2022. It is dated December 17th, 2001, which predates the final GameCube release, but was over a month after the final PlayStation 2 release.
General Differences
- It is a direct port of the PlayStation 2 version, with little to no changes content-wise.
- The most glaring difference of all is the lighting. It is completely broken, with absolutely no shading, vertex colors or texture alpha.
