Cut Instant Action Mode

This is essentially a "quick race" mode that starts a randomised race. It didn't make it to the final game.

Cut Car

A supposedly Street version of the Nucleon was cut. No string names can be found for it, but the model still remains in the files of this build. It can be spawned in-game by swapping the ID of any Street or Stunt car with 46. The model doesn't show up in the car selection menu and doesn't have any damage modelling in-game, but it otherwise appears to be fully functional, even having 3 selectable paint-jobs.
