This prototype is documented on Hidden Palace.
The sticker placed onto the disc contains a truncated build label, which reads PROST_wii_INT_2007_10_02_, which makes this a debug-enabled Wii build.
This build does not boot. It hangs with this error:
SO_CONNECT failed with error 10037: An operation was attempted on a non-blocking socket that already had an operation in progress. , ret= -1
Converting it to a retail-signed build with rvthtool results in the build hanging since the executables require developer hardware.
