This prototype is documented on Hidden Palace.
A late prototype of Jaleco's NES Rampart was released by Hidden Palace in January 2022.
Differences
- During gameplay, the messages after making a move descend at a slower pace than in the final.
- The main menu contains a third option for both players: Stuff.
- Selecting "Stuff" displays this placeholder screen. Both this and the menu option still exist in the final game, albeit disabled.
