General Differences

Hmmm...
To do:
Actually play through the game.
  • The Licensed by Nintendo screen is absent.
  • 10 levels in debug menu is unplayable and 3 menus can't be played (with an except of the debug menu).
  • The game uses an placeholder text in the legal screens.
  • An interesting found: the proto uses an language select screen, but goes unused in final version, this proto is an (probably) PAL build.
  • The menus are very different.

Ping Pals Leftovers

Elementary, my dear Cactus.
This needs some investigation.
Discuss ideas and findings on the talk page.
Specifically: Do these files differ from the retail release of Ping Pals?

Despite this build of the game being completely silent in-game, within the files are leftover .SDAT archives for the music and sound effects from the game Ping Pals, which was also developed by WayForward.
