Present in NEWS\テープリストア\NEWS_02\usr01\uji\Mail\inbox is an encrypted email attachment which contains a ROM of the German StarWing dated March 18, 1993.

One known difference is that the leftover text is still in English, whereas it's translated in the final ROM.
