Specifically: Document the differences. Even if it's just "more bugs", we still want to know the bugginess.

This page details one or more prototype versions of The Sims 3 (Windows).

Build 1.0.615.00107 was leaked to the public on May 19, 2009, two weeks before the game's release.

Nearly identical to the final build, the only differences are bugs and anti-piracy (which no longer works). It should be noted that the game was originally scheduled for release on February 20, 2009 before being pushed back to June 2.
