The items seen in the inventory and repairman from Chapter 1 do not appear in this scene of the final game.
The most obvious difference here is that there are two squires. Also, the combination of characters and items in the inventory does not appear in this scene of the final game.
This scene does not take place in the final game to my knowledge, and even if it does, SpongeBob is wearing his underwear, which is impossible to do outside of his house in Chapter 1. Also, I believe the font of the text is the unused tikiisla.ttf on the main page for the game (just realized this seems to be the same for all of the screenshots).
