A US localization prototype of Doki! Doki! Yuuenchi, titled Crazy Land, was dumped by Frank Cifaldi on December 9, 2022. It's mostly the same as the Japanese version, but a few localization changes have been made.

The background was redrawn and an unique logo was used for the US localization.
General Differences
- The level layout seem to be closer to the Japanese version.
- The music for the Space Ride level is unchanged from the Japanese version.
- The main character Ponpon and damsel in distress Liru have been renamed Dewey and Dixle respectively.
- The text on the ending screen matches The Trolls in Crazyland.
