Skybox

DM-Oblivion has a completely different skybox in v222. Instead of being the middle of a wormhole with visible stars, the skybox looks like it is made out of water that is shaded various colors. The spaceships and the detailed metal shapes seen past the window are missing as well. The left and right windows in v222 use the same metal shapes, while the lower-center window has an antenna with a red light at the end.

Rocket Launcher and Ammo Areas

The areas that have the Rocket Launcher and Rocket ammo are much shorter than they are in the final game. In fact, the wing-like areas that the final’s Rocket Launcher and ammo are in don’t exist, period. Instead, they’re replaced by a medium-sized window that is flush with the rest of the wall and with the items placed in front of the windows.

Shock Rifle Area

The Shock Rifle area’s windows and slanted walls do not exist in v222. In their place is the same window and straight wall used in the Rocket Launcher and Rocket ammo rooms.

Blotches

Strange blotches of what appear to be blood or vomit can be found in some parts of the level in v222. They can be found on the floor and roof of the Rocket Launcher room, behind the crate side that is on the floor in the crate room, and on a crate on the left side of the crate room. All of these have been removed from the final game.

Crate Room Wall Texture

The wall in the crate room with the light fixtures uses a different texture in v222. Instead of a futuristic metal, the walls use a rusty metal texture.

Crate Room to Rocket Launcher and Rocket Ammo Rooms

In v222, the paths that connect the crate room and the lower part of the ship have sloped metal sticking up from their sides, making it impossible to quickly reach the paths from the sides. The final game gets rid of the metal.

Bottom Mirror and Window

The mirror and the window at the bottom of the map have swapped positions in v222. Why this change was made is a mystery.

Shock Rifle

The Shock Rifle and its ammo are behind a pillar in the center room (the one whose back is facing the Shock Rifle room) instead of being in the back of the ship.
