This is a sub-page of Proto:Unreal Tournament (PC, 1999)/Version 222/Deathmatch Levels.
Textures
DM-Turbine uses significantly different textures in v222.
Walls
All of the walls use a clean and white brick texture in v222. The final game changes them to a dark greenish brick texture that looks grimy.

Lower and Top Level Floors
In v222, the floors on the lowest and top level use a blue tile texture. The final game changes it so that they use a concrete texture. The top level with the Minigun also uses a blue tile texture, but it’s changed to using a worn-down and light tan metal texture.
The ramp that connects the Pulse Gun and Minigun rooms uses it as well. It uses the same texture the top level uses in the final.

Step Side Textures
The textures on the sides of the two steps near the Sniper Rifle use a different texture than the rest of the steps in DM-Turbine use. This one uses the texture the floor the BioRifle ammo is on uses.

Shock Rifle Ammo
The Shock Rifle ammo near the bridge is in this build, but there doesn’t seem to be an actual Shock Rifle to use it with.
Shield Belt Room
The hidden room with the Shield Belt is much smaller, does not have Flak Cannon ammo, and does not have any colored lighting.

Sniper Rifle
There is an extra box of Sniper Rifle ammo next to the Sniper Rifle in v222. The alcove the Sniper Rifle is in has purple lighting in v222, but orange lighting in the final game. The texture for the light fixture is different as well.
