These graphics were first found, or have only appeared in v0.08 thus far.
FACEtile
A unique character found only in this version. There are two variants of it: An animated version with a black background, and a motionless one with a green background. Interacting with it will make it open like a door.

It's actually the same head of the background character seen in the Nexus and the stairway where KyuuKyuu-kun is!
It has been dubbed FACEtile by the fandom due to a number of hints that point to it possibly being the original door for the FACE event, instead of Madotsuki's bedroom door.
- FACE was first added in v0.08, along with this character.
- As mentioned above, it is the same head of the background character seen in the stairway prior to FACE.
- The door leading to FACE is set to be continuously animated in v0.08 and later versions. Madotsuki's bedroom door has no need to be continuously animated.
- Replacing Madotsuki's bedroom door in the stairway with FACEtile will animate it perfectly.

The wake-up pinch sprites for the 8-bit version of the unused Blindfold effect still exist.

Wake-up pinch sprites for Greyscale Madotsuki still exist.
Blocks
The stone blocks in Puddle World's ChipSet make their final appearance in v0.08, as v0.09 would replace them with the unused torii gate.

Squish-Squish
The only sprites of the Squish-Squish NPC that are used in v0.08 are the flabby-looking sprites, though the rest of the sprites can be found in the debug map.
Dream World TV
The image on the TV found in v0.06 is no longer used.
Pink Gate
The pink gate found in earlier versions still remains in several ChipSets.
Static Maze Light
The light at the bottom of the ladder in the Static Maze from v0.04 and v0.06 can still be found in FC World's ChipSet.
