"Yet"?

I may looking a bit too much into things, but does that "Yet" signify that someone is currently on an avid search for a build of Twelve Tales to preserve online? --Nunof Yerbizness (talk) 04:37, 27 July 2021 (UTC)

This might only be the site owner guessing by saying not yet as if the owner or whoever wrote that thought such a early or late build of 12 Tales could turn up preserved but I doubt it because there nobody else Im aware of who might bother to find it due to lack of activity with preservation plus known groups like Forest are already gone and HP are obviously avoiding saving prototypes from big name companies lately which made me despised HP as a main preservation group I just can't depend on HP anymore and they should consider themselves done for. Besides why don't YOU start looking for it? I need at least a beta or alpha of this game! Get to it already its better than making a dumb question about it. Okay, so let's dig up the bones here: First of all, you not checking the edit history for confirmation to check who added the "yet" comment is blatantly lazy (especially considering that it's a single click away). Second, if HP really was against preserving prototypes from big name companies such as Nintendo and Sega, wouldn't you think they would remove the problematic articles from their website? Don't you think they would've been sued out of the world by now? The only company they really have a problem with is Nintendo, and that only applies to their intellectual properties. As for why you've not heard of them much... what do you think they're doing? I think you should try doing what the team at HP does with the funds they have (all of their prototypes are available for free and you do not need to pay them). Go and find it yourself if you think prototype preservation is that easy. Please don't be such a dick next time. --Professor64 (talk) 12:26, 26 November 2023 (UTC)
Thats what every coward in the world thinks, Nintendo is not god here and they have no right to tell us what we can or cannot do. We are "people" and we have our own wills to say or do what we believe is right. Everything that any other preservation groups done so far than HP did in the past was far better and thats how we get prototypes from Nintendo consoles in the first place because they were generous and not afraid to share what they have. As for HP Im terribly disappointed with their work and they could have done better with their efforts.
However, Rare is a different story as Im already aware they are much more obnoxious than any other company not only hiding away most of the things they could simply share with us for any behind the scenes interviews or documentaries which was something that Rare hardly does even nowadays but also had very tight security around their HQ and possibly including their archive.
I always despised Rare for being too overly secretive for the wrong reasons. We all grow up with their "art" and we all deserve to learn more about the history of their games and what could have been before releases. a lot of other game companies are not afraid to show it but as for Rare they usually suck to do anything whats better for their own fans whatsoever lmao.
