Puzslot is what happens when you mix Tetris with a slot machine and add a bunch of smutty pictures in.

What's the cheat?

Every 10 levels during the game, a random cutscene screen with equally nonsensical text will be displayed. Total number of levels in the game is 30, so there are only 3 such cutscenes to be displayed. Using a cheat to change the game's mode and pattern set, you can change the cutscenes as well. There is only one in this mode, shown to you after beating the 30th and last level. Not very interesting, huh?

Surprisingly, the game contains 10 more totally unused cutscenes without text. Most likely they were intended to be displayed every 5 levels, or there's a possibility that they would be different for each difficulty level.
