Ragnarok Online/Animated Hairstyles
This is a sub-page of Ragnarok Online.
In the earliest version of Ragnarok Online, job classes had prefixed hairstyles to them that was animated for the most part. This feature was removed some time after the first Closed Beta Test. Leftover graphical bytes remains unused in the current database.
Thanks to a public tool made by Qluster that allows data extraction from the Ragnarok Online's old .GRF algorithm, it is possible to open up pData.grf — which reveals that Gravity had started working on animating additional hairstyles, to the extent of reworking on classes that previously had accessories attached to their sprites.
