Hmmm...
To do:
Upload textures/screenshots of the tracks.

There are several tracks that did not make it into the final game (often referred to as 'canned' tracks due to an early build of the game with this version name). Several leaks of the source code and discussion with the developers provided helpful information.

Botanical Gardens 2

This track was scrapped and supposed to be included in a sequel, but the sequel was cancelled. A developer interview and found textures imply this track was supposed to have a Japanese zen garden theme.

Clean Labs

Almost nothing is known about this track, but we do know that it was going to be set in a sterile laboratory and possibly included in the aforementioned cancelled sequel.

Construction Site

This is reportedly the first track that was made for the game. The textures may have been leaked at one point.

Council Estates

Similar to the game's Rooftops track, this track is set in an urban environment. The track has been scrapped due to its reportedly abysmal flow. Obstacles included descending stairs, an elevator pit and pipes to jump over. The source code suggests that the track has different versions (all named bloc and numbered respectively, e.g. bloc3) which all take place on one level file. Different start positions can be found in the 'leveldat.cpp' file. Screenshots have been released by the creator himself on the Re-Volt Wiki.

Dirt Track

Very little is known about this track, and it was probably used for physics testing.

Fiddlers on the Roof

An unfinished version of the track can be found in the source code. Several versions of its mesh exist, earlier ones having a higher amount of polygons. It has been scrapped due to technical limitations at that time.

Simon and I chucked the rooftop level because it was a poor racing experience [...]. This was improved by Jim Vale for the Sega Dreamcast level, but it could only be achieved with a night setting/low draw distance.

A heavily modified version has been released in the Dreamcast version of the game.

Grand Prix

This is the last track in leveldat.ccp, and was described by a comment line that said "Grand Prix (urrrgh.. you said.. 'Grand')". It was most likely shaped like a Formula 1 track. There are over 50 versions of this track in the files, and some textures for them may have been asphalt, grass, and red/white colors used as the track border.

Oldshit

This track doesn't have a specific name, and was found inside the folder of another track, in a subfolder called "oldshit". This track may have been used for physics testing.

Seatown

This track may have had its textures leaked, and was most likely created early in development.

Space Station

This was a track concept created for another unreleased sequel to the game. It was supposed to be clean and sterile, with some futuristic elements. The concept was likely never used.

Spirit Cave

The track takes place in a tiny cave, with a lava pit and spooky faces on the walls. It may have been made for physics testing.
