Like many back-ported sixth-gen games on the N64, Round 2 was scaled back significantly, to the point where half of the new characters introduced in the PS2/Dreamcast versions were completely removed. The characters in question are: Freak E. Deke, Wild "Stubby" Corley, Freedom Brock, G.C. Thunder, Robox Rese-4 and Rumbleman.
