An unselectable fourth option on the title screen leads to a chapter select. You can start from each chapter's beginning, or from the stages within the chapters. For most all of the areas, you are given numerous attack weapons with x99 uses. The stage select menu can be accessed by setting the WRAM value 0200AEC8 to 03 (CodeBreaker code 3200AEC8 0003).
