This is yet another example of the type of criminal behavior that we are working hard to eliminate. We have seized the ill gotten goods that these thugs were trying to slip into our city, and that's 2 or 3 million dollars worth of poison that won't be going into the arms and lungs of the youth of Stillwater(sic). Now, while death is always tragic, Hector Lopez chose to live a life of crime, and he paid for that choice dearly.

Hello. Earlier today, an as of yet unidentified man was being pursued at high speeds by perpetrators who were later confirmed to be Vice Kings. Despite the stressful and dangerous nature of the situation, this citizen kept a level head and contacted the police immediately. Once informed, we were able to respond swiftly and in doing so, were successful in the apprehension, detention, and in a few cases, termination of some of the most notorious criminals in this city. Today a great victory was achieved in the war on crime, and if the citizens of Stilwater remain vigilant, we are sure to see many more. Thank you for your time.

We've identified a new cell of urban terrorists today. While they like to call themselves the 3rd Street Saints, we are calling them nothing more than common criminals. At this time we know very little about them, other than that they exist, and they are the driving force behind the recent ramp up of gang violence that has plagued this city.

We've budgeted more money this year for training, surveillance, undercover officers and for more sophisticated body armor and weaponry. We plan to take the fight to them, rather than wait for them to attack the citizens of this great city. If we act quickly and with steely determination, these 3rd Street Saints simply can't survive.

Unused dialogue spoken by the paparazzi from the news vans, cheering for Mayor Hughes. The voice clips imply that there was supposed to be an actual press conference taking place in Stilwater rather than being restricted to a radio Newscast.

Stuffing The Ballot

Dialogue intended for when the bus stops after taking enough damage. Erroneously, there are four duplicates of the BMCOP_1 dialogue, with the BMCOP_2 dialogue having slightly lower volume and appearing as a first and second WM, and second BF dialogue.

Possibly intended to be said by the police when they attack Playa as soon as they hijack the bus, judging from the singular line.

Stop the bus!

Unused dialogue that was meant to be said by the police whilst Playa drives the bus. More FBI vehicles than Five-O cars come during the chase, and even when the latter appears the dialogues don't play. There are also two alternate takes of the "BMCOP_3SS3_CHASE_1" line, with a removed underline in the alternate dialogue and an extra duplicate of the BMCOP_3SS3_CHASE_1 line taking the place of WMCOP_3SS3_CHASE_1.

Hail To The Chief

Dialogue that was meant to be said by Dex en route to the vantage point. The first sentence seems to be an alternate take of an existing quote (VOC_DEX_3SS4CAR_1)

We only get one chance at this, so we can't fuck this up. Once we hit Monroe we better get out of there quick, the last thing we want is to make big scene. Look, I'm gonna be honest with you dawg, once we hit the chief of police there's no turning back. Sure, the motherfuckas that got Julius are gonna get a wake up call, but you gotta believe the po-po are gonna be on our ass. I guess what I'm sayin' man is that if you wanna back out, no one is gonna blame you. Well, Johnny might, but he's an asshole anyway so I wouldn't stress it. Anyway, Johnny and I got this worked out so the hit should be smoother than Aisha's pussy. McManus'll be waiting for us at a building along the procession route. Take that bad boy and wait to take your shot. We'll never get a chance like this again so let's not fuck it up.

Saints and Martyrs

An "unused title" for the mission which never shows up in game due to it being cutscene-only, leading many to believe that this mission is called "Salting The Earth". This title can be briefly seen via a glitch where Playa throws a grenade onto the marker on low health, resulting in mission failure.

Saints and Martyrs

The game's final "mission" contains summary text which isn't normally seen due to the game not saving afterwards. Judging from the tense of this text, it was likely intended to show before the yacht explosion in the mission.

The call from Alderman Hughes regarding the recent death of Police Chief Monroe isn't sitting well. Being the only gang left in town, perhaps Hughes thinks he can buy your loyalty. Or perhaps he just wants to threaten the Saints into leaving. Regardless of his motives, you've fought hard to run this city and nobody will stand in your way...
