Wait for the title screen to fade out, then at the credits screen that appears, hold Up + Right + Start. When the screen fades out, release Right to view a hidden message from programmer/designer Isidro Gilabert.
The same message also appears in Die Maus and Otto's Ottifanten: Baby Bruno's Nightmare.
