This is a sub-page of South Park: The Fractured But Whole.

Hmmm...
To do:
Add binktest.mp4, mm17 time tunnel 1 2 and 3 and mm02 part 2 - talking to coon

A lot of early/completely unused cutscenes can be found scattered around in the files. All of them are in .bk2 formats.

Main Story

Hero on Patrol

An early version of the intro cinematic, which was meant to be a catchup of Stick of Truth. This includes several early storyboards as animatics, along with no audio featured.

Origins

An early, temporary cutscene taken from The Stick Of Truth. A sketch of Kyle is pasted over Stan at the end.

An early version of the 2nd class selection, which features the unused Mystic class.

Mosquito in a Honey Pot

Unused Coon Call for the mission, which hints that Mosquito was supposed to be at the bar and not at a table in Raisins.

Bowels Of The Beast

A second-long test cutscene for the beginning of the chapter Bowels Of The Beast.

An early cutscene that takes place after reviving Captain Diabetes with the Timefart.

A very bizarre incomplete cutscene, which shows Red Wine Drunk Randy punching Captain Diabetes to death, and retrieving his car keys. It's clearly an early version of the animation if you fail to do a timefart, where Randy punches Captain Diabetes a few times and then slams him and then punches him two times and slams him again, Causing Captain Diabetes to get knocked out and having his Keys falls out.

Microaggression Academy

Includes different music and New Kid is in the temporary animation design.

The Hundred Hands Of Chaos

A storyboard version of the cutscene where the meth lab blows up in U-Store-It.

A cutscene of Call Girl jumping out from behind a storage facility, looking quite angry. Due to there being no audio, it's unknown what she is saying. Either she was supposed to be fought, or she would've played a bigger role in the chapter.

Operation: Just 'Cause

The only difference is that the sky in the background disappears when the camera cuts back to Murphy.

The Talk 2: The Gendering

Includes graffiti not present on the school and the rednecks were already parked outside waiting for the New Kid.

The Chaos Gambit

An early version of the cutscene that's seen before you are sent off to the Freedom Pals base. What's interesting is that Toolshed can be seen in The Coon lair. In the final game, he's with the Freedom Pals.

Storyboard version of the cutscene where you go into the Freedom Pals HQ.

The Thin White Line

Perhaps one of the most interesting cutscenes. It shows an early line-up of the 2 teams. Toolshed and Professor Chaos were originally supposed to be in Coon And Friends. Mosquito, Human Kite and Super Craig were originally concidered to be in Freedom Pals.

The same cutscene can be found, but from a side view.

The Many Asses of Dr. Mephesto

An unused version of the cutscene where Human Kite talks to Dr. Mephesto through the intercom. The 2 differences are the button, which is yellow in the final game, and Human Kite covering his mouth with his shirt to disguise his voice. In the final game, he nonchalantly tells Mephesto that they're there for the tour.

Cat And Mouse

An early version of the cutscene before you fight all the enemies the New Kid had made in the town. The main difference is the appearance of Wesley, who appears next to Mitch Conner in cutscenes. He would have likely played a bigger role in the game.

Unused Human Kite Mission

A cutscene for an unused side-quest, where Human Kite from an Alternate Universe set up a meeting with Jewish people. After the cutscene, a battle would've commenced.

Hero on Patrol

Temporary credits taken from the Stick of Truth.

Side Missions

Touch the Sky

Alternative ending, which doesn't have any rednecks to fight.

Placeholders

A short placeholder video, presumably for cutscenes that weren't finished yet.

A placeholder cutscene. Not much more to say.

A placeholder video for the pop-up windows.

Pre-Release Media

E3/Gamescom 2016

This was the background used for the demo at E3/Gamescom 2016.

This is the E3 2016 trailer leftover in the game files, though this contains a title card at the start and audio sync bleep at the end.

E3 2017

Captain Diabetes staring at the Peppermint Hippo's entrance, also an E3 leftover.

Downloadable Content

From Dusk till Casa Bonita

The cutscenes featured here are all clearly placeholders, from when the DLC was being worked on.

The main gate scene, which is rendered in-game, leaving the pre-rendered version unused.

Storyboard animation for the cutscene where you first discover the vampire relic.

Rough version of scene, which Mr. Adams explains to New Kid that they must collect the relics. An interesting thing to note is that in this version, the vampire relics are "blood keys", while in the final game they are medallions. The mission file for this DLC still mentions the medallions as blood keys.

Bring the Crunch

Lot of early translation tests and storyboards/rough animations were leaked before the release of the DLC.

A short animation for testing the combat system for the new gameplay additions. What's interesting about this cutscene is that ghosts are never fought in the final game. This cutscene suggests that once they were meant to be fought. It could also be a scrapped mechanic for the Burial Grounds fight.

Early storyboard animation introducing a scrapped Indian Burial Grounds gameplay mechanic, where the New Kid's farts would've been used as sort of ghost-repellant. This would be replaced with the fight between the people in monster costumes.

A storyboard cutscene introducing an unused saw room puzzle, which would've taken place next to Nathan's cabin. After the door got locked, the player would've had to find a key and save the two counselors. The room seems to be mostly complete, as it has its key, various animations and props left in the files. An item named "condescen milk" would have also been inside the room. Perhaps this is where the milk that Timmy requested was located originally?

Storyboard animation for the showering counselor. Seems here that it would've been an in-game moment, where the New Kid would've had to hide and could see the monsters adjusting their masks. (Plus it seems that the buddies weren't planned to be in the room.)

Main thing with these next cutscenes is that they're all mostly completely pre-rendered, while the final version uses a mixture of in-game and pre-rendered scenes.

This one seems to be mixture of near finalized animation and storyboard. (Would've taken place for when the search for the missing counselors started.)

Rough version of monster introduction trap scene, which includes New Kid's placeholder model.

Same as above, but takes place when the kids barricade themselves inside the cabin.

Rough animation of the New Kid unlocking the Final Girl class.

Rough version of the cutscene where the New Kid enters the Mess Hall.

Early version of the cutscene where the New Kid peeks into Nathan's cabin. The main difference here is that the whole cutscene is seen from a side angle. The final game's cutscene includes different views.

Rough version of the cutscene, where the New Kid and his buddies find the counselor after defeating the monsters at the Indian Burial Ground.

Rough version of the cutscene, where Nathan and Mimsy take the last camp counselor as a hostage at the Boat House.

Rough version of the cutscene, where the New Kid defeats Nathan and Mimsy. Includes animation of Zarganor landing and running away with the counselor.

Five second storyboard animation, where the New Kid hands over milk to the possessed Doctor Timothy.

More finalized, but still a rough-looking cutscene. This also includes the shots of Timmy's moving towards Zarganor to reveal that he is mind-controlled, along with Nathan and Mimsy. It' worth noting that in ths cutscene, when Timmy is moving towards Zarganor, his eyes look normal, only for them to be lit up when he gets closer to Zarganor. In the final game, Timmy's eyes are already lit up when moving towards him.

Very early animation of the Old Farmer next to the last camp counselor and of Zarganor starting the final phase of the fight.

Early version of the cutscene that takes place before the start of the final phase of the fight. This cutscene is nearly identical to the final, the only difference being a few seconds of silence at the end.

Miscellaneous

A very strange cutscene called "1024timefartfullscreen0". It shows some random video clips played in reverse, some of them being from movies. Its filename strongly suggests that it would've been used in the Bowels Of The Beast segment of the game, when the player first uses the timefart ability to rewind time.
