From The Cutting Room Floor

This is a sub-page of Splatoon 2.

Hmmm...
This page is loooong...
Consider grouping related content into additional subpages to ease readability.
This cactus is UNDER CONSTRUCTION
This article is a work in progress.
...Well, all the articles here are, in a way. But this one moreso, and the article may contain incomplete information and editor's notes.
Hmmm...
To do:
  • Finish adding everything to the page.
    • Tons of things are missing.
    • Add images of anything with an unused model, taken in ObjViewer.
    • Record clips of anything that needs one.
  • Improve descriptions and videos of what's currently on the page.

Splatoon 2 has a lot of unused objects, including a fair amount of leftovers that come from the original Splatoon.

Contents

Actors

Obj_InkRail

Hmmm...
To do:
How does this actor differ from the singleplayer ink rails?

Enm_InkRail

Hmmm...
To do:
The Unused Enemy subpage entry for this NPC says that it is killable, and rewards one power egg. The now-deleted video of it also showed the ink rail enemy being destroyed. Might be worth looking into further.

An unused Octo Canyon enemy actor, it rides along the rail its attached to, dealing damage if the player hits it. It deals 100 damage, which instantly breaks the player's armor. It also has 70 health, but has been set to disallow defeating it. It uses a placeholder model, but concept art for a similar ink rail-based enemy is included in The Art of Splatoon 2.
