Player Characters
TestAnim_Gear_Check_Upper
An animation that contorts the player into many grotesque poses in quick succession, likely meant to be used to stress-test new Headgear and Clothing.
TestAnim_Gear_HelperBoneA
An animation where the character moves their head horizontally, then vertically, and then in one large circular motion.
TestAnim_Stretch_All
A compilation of test animations made using motion capture, possibly intended to test how gear would look when stretched out in many different ways.
TestAnim_Stretch_Arm
An animation where the character moves their arms to certain poses alongside turning their hands either 90° or 180°. Oddly, the player model seems to shake every time a pose change is completed.
TestAnim_Stretch_Eyebrows
An animation where the character points both fingers towards their face and makes multiple facial expressions.
TestAnim_Stretch_Finger
An animation where the character sticks one hand out and makes various poses with their fingers.
TestAnim_Stretch_Finger2
An animation where the character sticks both hands out and makes various symmetrical poses with their fingers.
TestAnim_Stretch_Mouth
An animation where the character makes 3 different expressions, with each expression having an opened mouth.
TestAnim_Stretch_Shoulder
An animation where the character points their arm in various directions in order to test the shoulder bone's rotation.
TestAnim_Stretch_ShoulderWaist
An animation where the character moves their arms from front to back, while also moving their hips and changing the arm height after every major movement.
TestAnim_Stretch_Sit
An animation where the character sits in various poses in quick succession, while moving their feet during each pose.
TestAnim_Stretch_SpineWaist
An animation where the character moves their hips in a circular motion, while irrationally forcing the character's upper body in various directions.
TestAnim_Stretch_Wrist
An animation where the character spins their wrist in a circular motion 3 times while moving the wrist in increments of 90° or 180°.
TestAnim_Stretch_Wrist2
An incredibly robust animation sequence where the character spins their wrist many times while doing various hand poses in various directions.
Test_Tstance/Test_Astance
Simple T-stance and A-stance test poses. Nothing special about them.
Deep Cut
Test_ClothSym (Shiver)
A simple physics test animation for Shiver, in which her body is moved around in a simple manner to test the cloth physics on her outfit.
Test_FoldingFan (Shiver)
An animation for Shiver's fan which makes it move off to the side and fold up to test how it functions when folded.
Test_Poncho (Shiver)
A test where Shiver's body is moved back and forth to test the physics on her poncho.
Test_Mask (Frye)
An animation for Frye's mask which shows it being moved off to the side and subsequently enlarged.
New Squidbeak Splatoon
Test_Eyelids (Callie)
A simple test animation of Callie lifting her left leg to test the rigging on her Return of the Mammalians outfit.
AnimTest_Visible (Marie)
A test animation of Marie in her Return of the Mammalians outfit.
Npc_Commander_Dried_test (Cuttlefish)
An "animation" of Cuttlefish where he sits still with his eyes closed.
Npc_Commander_Dried_Test2 (Cuttlefish)
An animation of Cuttlefish where his beard slowly falls to the floor. Notably, the final frame sits for over 7000 frames (not pictured to save space), making it the longest animation in the game at 4 1/2 minutes!

A test animation for Murch, where he sits in a T-stance.
