Things that are hidden or misplaced out of bounds.

StarfishvMan to the Rescue

There's a pole and a tree hidden at opposite sides of the map in the park area in the first section.

Sb cftkk boundsl2a1.png
There's a pole behind the train tracks at the very end of the first section.

Sb cftkk boundsl2b1.png Sb cftkk boundsl2b2.png
Similarly, in the second section there's two poles (plus a big white texture) behind a wall at the starting area and one pole behind a container in the train station.

Sb cftkk boundsl2c1.png
The elevator platform in the third section when viewed from below has four holes that are blocked by the ground surface and never open. Judging from a piece of concept art, as well as the fact there's exactly five enemy rounds, it's possible that for every round after the first a hole was supposed to open so by the final round all of them are open making it very easy for Patrick to fall off resetting the current round and overall making the section harder.

Super-Sized Patty

Sb cftkk boundsl3a1.png Sb cftkk boundsl3b1.png Sb cftkk boundsl3e1.png
There's a hidden duplicate model of Plankton without his freeze ray helmet below the ground at the end of the first section, the start of the second and the end of the fifth. He only spawns during the very brief segments when the main Plankton model moves on his own, and from there the duplicate imitates the main's every movement.

Sb cftkk boundsl3e2.png
There's a weird white cube inside the Chum Bucket at the end of the fifth section.

Alaskan Belly Trouble

Sb cftkk boundsl4a1.png
There's an unused mechanical pole outside the room where you save a red fish woman from a group of enemies in the first section. It is deactivated so if you somehow manage to reach and hit it nothing happens.

Sb cftkk boundsl4b1.png
There's a misplaced floating platform in the side of the room where you fight waves of enemies to get the Inventor's second power cell at the second section.

Sb cftkk boundsl4c1.png
There's a big white... thing that contains and seemingly does nothing in the second-to-last room of the third section. It is below a group of trampolines and the platforms placed on its sides are elevated to form a path after you defeat a group of enemies, so maybe it was supposed to do something similar.

Unused Laboratory Entrance

An unused entrance to the Inventor's lab in the second platforming section of Alaskan Belly Trouble. It's blocked behind the actually used entrance making it impossible to access without hacking. It does look fairly finished besides a few objects not having collision. Using its exit transports you to the Inventor's lab and from there the level continues like normal.

Rocket Rodeo

Sb cftkk boundsl5c1.png

During the ending cutscene there's a copy of the texture used for generic purple lasers misplaced out of bounds.

Revenge of the Giant Plankton Monster

Sb cftkk boundsl6a1.png
At the start of the last area of the first section there's what seems to be a misplaced helicopter firing lasers. The helicopter itself is invisible with only its purple shots and resulting explosions being visible, and you can even hear the shooting sounds if you get close to the wall it's behind.

Sb cftkk boundsl6b1.png Sb cftkk boundsl6b2.png
At the start of the second section there's what seems like a misplaced normal helicopter and a ground vehicle. Once again both are invisible with only their lights being visible (the helicopters cast light downwards while the vehicles cast light straight).

Wakey Wakey Shakey Shakey

Sb cftkk boundsl6m.png

There's a group of small buildings placed inside the big building you destroy during the minigame.

It Came from Bikini Bottom

Sb cftkk boundsl7i.png
During the intro cutscene there's an unused duplicate of SpongeBob's plane floating near the edge of the environment.

Sb cftkk boundsl7a1.png Sb cftkk boundsl7a2.png
There's an ambulance and a helicopter out of bounds at the start of the first section. They're both completely stationary and don't seem to be called to appear with the other vehicles at any point.

Sb cftkk boundsl7d1.png
There's two fuel balloons and a copy of the texture used for Plankton's laser misplaced at the construction site in the fourth section.

There's two signs hidden in the beginning of the fifth section (the one that starts with a cutscene of a bunch of fish holding signs against Plankton), one is an anti-Plankton sign and the other shows the logo for Team RocFISH. RocFISH is the codename for the internal development team at Blitz Games responsible for making this and some other titles, and they tend to hide cameos and images of their mascot throughout their games as a sort of Easter egg. It Came from Bikini Bottom is notable for being the ONLY level in this game without a single RocFISH cameo, so it's very likely this sign was originally meant to appear in the beginning with the other ones before being misplaced or forgotten. The PlayStation 2 and Wii versions also have these signs unused but with higher quality textures.

Sb cftkk boundsl7e2.png
There's a single fuel balloon misplaced in the middle of the fifth section.

Rooftop Rumble

Sb cftkk boundsl8a1.png
There's a very tiny car, the smallest in the whole game, placed inside one of the buildings in the first section. It has no connection with the cars Plankton keeps throwing to attack the player.

Sb cftkk boundsl8c1.png Sb cftkk boundsl8c1sb.png
For some reason, there's a duplicate model of SpongeBob in his piloting animation placed out of bounds in the third section. He has no connection with the real SpongeBob piloting the plane in circles through the level, in fact the second image above even shows both of them in the same shot. He can briefly be seen normally for a split second in the final cutscene of the helicopters grouping against Plankton.

Sb cftkk boundsl8e1.png Sb cftkk boundsl8e1sb.png Sb cftkk boundsl8e1sb2.png
The fifth section also has a duplicate SpongeBob out of bounds behind the trio of buildings that get shrunk alongside Plankton by the shrink ray. He can also be seen normally in the distance during the scenes when Patrick fires the shrink ray (though it's very easy to miss due to how tiny he looks).

Hypnotic Highway

Sb cftkk boundsl9c1.png Sb cftkk boundsl9c2.png

There's a bunch of floating rings and fuel rockets out of bounds during Patrick's ending cutscene most likely leftover from the actual level (which is weird since the cutscene is loaded and takes place in an entirety different map).

Post-Credits Cutscene

Sb cftkk boundslc1.png

There's an unused duplicate of the Krabby Patty that SpongeBob holds at the end hidden below the ground.
