Debug Mode

To access the game's debug mode, use the code 009426:0C (Game Genie code DAB4-DF6F) (JP version).

Then, press Start on the title screen to enter a CPS1-like test menu. A activates the current selection, and A + B returns to the main menu. Note that the VRAM viewers are a bit buggy, and the music test doesn't actually include the main music tracks.
