Super Collapse! II is the third game in the Collapse! series. It is also the first Collapse! game to be ported to a video game console (Game Boy Advance). It also added three new modes.
Relapse
The game's files are called Relapse.dll and Relapse.exe. Relapse was probably the game's initial name during development, and the filenames were never updated when it became Super Collapse! II.
