A remake of the Game Boy Advance titles Super Robot Taisen OG and Super Robot Taisen OG2 with significantly better graphics, new gameplay modes, and some additional characters and stages. Also includes OG 2.5, which is essentially a preview of the first third of this game's sequel, OG Gaiden.

Unused Ace Bonuses

Getting to "Ace" in these games requires 50 kills. Several pilots have Ace bonuses despite being unable to reach that target. Bonuses are the same in OG1 and OG2.

  • Tetsuya - SP +20. Tetsuya is a subpilot and cannot get kills in OG1. He starts as a subpilot in OG2 before becoming a pilot, but at that point his stats and Ace bonus are completely changed.
  • Sean - SP +20. Sean is a subpilot and cannot get kills.
  • Eita - SP +20. Eita is a subpilot and cannot get kills.
  • Tsugumi - Final Accuracy Rate +10%, SP +20. Tsugumi is a guest character for one stage only, and it's not possible for her to get 50 kills in that stage.
  • Axel - Final Accuracy Rate +20%. Axel is only playable very early on and is an enemy for the rest of the game. It is not possible for him to get 50 kills.
  • Wodan - Final Melee Damage +10%. Wodan is only playable very briefly and is an enemy for the rest of the game. It is not possible for him to get 50 kills.

OG Gaiden was likely made together with this game. All of the characters above except Wodan return in that game with the same Ace bonuses, but only Axel is able to get his bonus in that game.

Unused Battle Quotes

Giada and Garnet have battle quotes for the Gespenst Kick attack that the Gespenst Mk-2S has in OG2, however they are absent from the OG2 section of the game where that attack is available. The clips can be seen in the below video:

Ingram, who is also not present in OG2, does not have any quotes.
