Heavenly Steppes Maps

A total of ten unused maps appear in this section. You cannot interact with any warp point. These maps are mostly copies of the final versions. The only notable difference is that there is no mirrors or enemies here, instead you see blue dotted lines where the mirrors would appear in their respective final maps. Internal map names for this section are MAP_EX1_D00 - MAP_EX1_D10. The used versions are labeled as MAP_EX2_D00 - MAP_EX2_D95 internally.

To do:

Regional Differences

The scene where Artorius kills Velvet's brother Laphicet was altered; In the Japanese PS3 and PS4 versions, Artorius causes Laphicet to trip when he tries to approach Velvet, then stabs him through the chest and drops him into the shrine. The other versions show Artorius depicting him using an arte to sacrifice him. This change was done to in order to get a lower PEGI rating in the European release, because the violence depicted in the original scene would result in a PEGI 18 rating which won't allow the developers to share the game. As a result, the opening cutscene has been reanimated to reflect the changed scene.
