Can the Pickaxe Leftover be placed in with the level editor? I only ask because the top of the Unused Items section describes unused items that can actually be placed with the level editor. I have never seen this item in custom maps. Since I've never used the level editor, can someone confirm this? If it can't be placed in, edit the page to say so. --Cuber456 18:11, 12 July 2012 (EDT)
Penumbra Tech Demo
Should we have a page for the Penumbra Techdemo? It has some unused things of its own, including mention of a map called level01_01_tunnel.dae that doesn't exist n' shit. --BreakingBenny (talk) 05:22, 8 July 2014 (EDT)
- If everyone has public access to the tech demo and the tech demo contains differences from the final version and/or unused data that doesn't appear in it or the final then it is fair game to create a new page in my opinion. Just make sure to list the page as a prototype article since it isn't the final version of the game. If you are unsure then go bug an admin. That's one of the reasons they exist. --Cuber456 (talk) 09:38, 8 July 2014 (EDT)
- Actually, you don't even seem to need public access; just find a download link like this one and we're all in easy business! --BreakingBenny (talk) 18:00, 8 July 2014 (EDT)
- By public access, I meant that me, you or Joe Schmo on the street could download a copy of it, which they can. It looks like fair game to create a new article if you are willing to. --Cuber456 (talk) 23:39, 8 July 2014 (EDT)
- Okay dude, I've made a page for the Penumbra Tech Demo, including backstory for the game engine. The contents of that HPS file is the first thing mentioned, but the Penumbra Wiki's page mentions more things. --BreakingBenny (talk) 20:12, 12 July 2014 (EDT)
