Shift Key Easter Egg
I'm pretty sure that if you press the Shift key and talk to Pablo, he'll speak in English and say some funny things, notably something along the lines of "Don't tell anyone, but I'm actually not Spanish, I just learned it in school". Should this be checked and added to this page? AquaBat 19:51, 23 January 2013 (EST)
- That does indeed work, and it also applies to every game in the series. Not sure if it's worth adding, though. Luigi-San (talk) 16:11, 4 February 2014 (EST)
Worth adding?
Would it be worth adding some of the stuff described here? Namely the unused team colors and ability to use the otherwise unusable "generic kids" (who are normally used to fill the rosters of the CPU teams in season mode). --Luigi-San (talk) 20:32, 5 March 2014 (EST)
- The unused colors certainly belong, but probably not the opponent team members, since they were clearly never meant to be used by the player. There are also a few unused graphics that need to be added -- there are some MS Paint-drawn placeholder portraits which seem to reflect earlier character designs, and probably other stuff I've forgotten about. Possibly unused sounds?
I've been looking through the game's voice clips, and Sunny has not one but two sets of sound clips going from 1 all the way to 100. Admittedly I haven't played the game in a while, but I think they might be for when she announces the score at the end of the game. If I'm right about their use, even if they are "technically" used, I highly doubt anybody has ever scored that high in this game. And in either case, "talk-1927" (Sunny saying "58") is incorrectly sampled to both play way too slow and way too loud. --SpongeBat1 (talk) 22:36, 11 February 2020 (EST)
