DrWarp and Unused Rooms
It seems like the DrWarp item works on warp indexes. This leads me to believe that there may very well be other rooms that we don't know about in this game because they don't have DrWarp entries.
Probably worth investigating. Any takers? Maybe GoldS? --Xkeeper 06:53, 21 May 2010 (EDT)
More unused music?
I found this song in the BOF1 GBA GSF set a long time ago. I haven't played through that version, so I don't know if it's used there... but what I *am* curious about is if this song is present in the SNES version. This has bugged me for quite a while, and if there's anywhere I can get an answer to that, it's here. -YK 14:51, 24 May 2010 (EDT)
Lifter
It's probably worth mentioning that, according to this site, the Lifter is called the Thief's Skill in the Japanese version. --Kahran042 19:21, 23 August 2010 (EDT)
Other
Judging for capitalization, PlceBo is more likely to mean Palace Bo[...] than Placebo
- Well, considering the latter is an actual word, and the former is complete nonsense... I think we'll stick with "Placebo". -YK 15:04, 12 May 2011 (EDT)
Broken Sword changes ending
Disassembly has found having the broken sword equipped when beating the game adds another Chun-Li cameo to the ending. Video here. Should qualify for the "Obscure Cutscenes". It would also help to have the Japanese names for unused items, as that should bypass their weird abbreviations. --Agiletek (talk) 20:02, 16 October 2017 (EDT)
Unused Elements?
While poking around at ROM hacks for this game, I noticed the "definitive edition" patch, "War of the Goddess", over on ROMhacking.net. As of January 2024, this patch also includes another modification by the same author, "Elemental Resurgence".
According to the documentation, the retail game only uses four "elements" for attack spells: "Fire", "Water", "Holy", and "Everything Else". ("Shock"?) FlamePurge goes on to say that "there are many more elements that the spells could have utilized." The patch in question adds "Crush", "Projectile" (???), and "Shadow" to the element list.
So... are these elements already in the game, or were they created specifically by and for this patch? 'Cause, if they were already in the game and just unused, I think it would be a good idea to make mention of them in the main article.
