Is "DUMMY1.DAT" Actually Unused Or Present In Bubsy 3D?

Is the "DUMMY1.DAT" cutscene actually unused in Bubsy 3D and not added here because it was in Syphon Filter? I'm just a little uncertain. --Mantis (talk) 12:05, 22 December 2023 (UTC)
