Musical Observation
Akumajou Densetsu doesn't even use the Triangle channel at all. Yes, the VRC6 is capable of playing all channels as far as I'm aware - Esper Dream 2 did it - but for some reason Konami ignored the Triangle channel completely in Akumajou Densetsu. Prove me wrong, please, because I'm scratching my head over this. There's not really even a valid set of bytes in the RAM for the Triangle wave: audio data is mapped VRC6 pulse 1, pulse 2, and sawtooth; main APU square 1 and square 2; sfx APU square 1 and square 2; a "Drumset" mapper; and lastly, the noise channel. There's no data range for the Triangle wave at all. (The "Drumset" just tells the program when to play DPCM or "noise drums".) I even opened the sound test and watched registers $4008-$400B while playing every song. Not sure if this is something you'd want included on this page, so I'm just leaving this here. -TheouAegis
