Every time you enter the shop with recovery items, there will be 10 of each item available. This helps to located the wanted value address and obtain any desired item. The shop item list:

  42. War Boss Fence Spear (no idea what this is as it doesn't work. Was War supposed to do something else other than only using a machine gun and grenades? Is this related to the Fence Post item?)
  43. Cell phone (the phone used by some NPCs and by Kyle in scenes)
  44. Bottle (held by a few NPCs. Doesn't work with Kyle)
  45. IO SH (throw animation)
  46. IO TH CHAIR (holding chair animation)
  47. IO TH OVERHEAD CARRY (holding trash cans and similar)
