Build Date on Cartridge?

Looking at the NESWorld article, the image of the cartridge for Glover 2 seems to have "13 APR" handwritten on it. Would that suggest this may have been built around April 13? Maybe the year 2000? --ConnorRentz (talk) 20:04, 5 May 2023 (UTC)
