So I decided that this article was a piece of junk and added a whole ton more stuff to it. --FourZeroNine 14:16, 4 September 2011 (EDT)

Good man. But wasn't Bilsy used in the "frozen hell" world? I strongly recall swearing a lot at him. TheKins 14:29, 4 September 2011 (EDT)

Nope. There are two different demon bosses, Bilsy and Bubba. Bubba is the one that goes all Taz-Tornado on your ass and spits fireballs, which is the one that appears in the ice level. --FourZeroNine 15:52, 4 September 2011 (EDT)

Maybe I'm just remembering an old user level, then. TheKins 03:30, 5 September 2011 (EDT)

Spinning Devan sprite

The spinning Devan sprite is used in the demo version that tells the story of Jazz Jackrabbit after you finished playing , also with a news magazine that shows only in the demo. --Redrush64 (talk) 11:26, 9 September 2015 (EDT)

I have a disc which installs a "1.00h" version - is this the prototype mentioned in the header?

Not sure where it came from. It's a disc which installs a version listed as "1.00h". It contains the four main storyline episodes alone, no level editor is included. The logo is green instead of the yellow in the later versions, there are only the two main characters, the quit message is different (saying a thanks for playing, etc with no credits). The executable is called Jazz2oem.exe. Music files are a mixture of .it and .s3m files.

I also own the OEM version.

I just so happen to have gotten the disk (alone) from a thrift shop that had this for 2 bucks. Strangely, The disk's cover is written in Comic Sans, with phone numbers for Epic (Mega)Games, for US/Canada and UK/Europe. It also says Version 1.00 on the bottom, with a copyright of 1997. It also seems that they slapped on the trademark at the last minute. I'll include a picture of the disk soon. The preceding unsigned comment was added by Freeman (talk • contribs)

Epic MegaGames E3 '97 CD

The Epic MegaGames E3 '97 CD contains a 0.98k beta of Jazz2 which also has a DOS version in addition to the Windows version. I'm not sure what other changes there are but it's worth a look.

I was curious and wanted to find this beta. After some searching I came across this link on a message board. Pretty sure it’s it but haven’t tested myself. https://www.dropbox.com/s/2vz2j5tho3hctns/EPIC_E397.zip?dl=1Rockcock64 (talk) 12:11, 4 June 2019 (EDT)

More unused sprites?

Following this sheet, there are also bonus staage sprites for idling, jumping and running to both Jazz and Spaz. I didn't dig into game files though and can't confirm it. Spaz also can be seen spinning his ears, just like Jazz, another probably unused animation.

And also that third row where Lori holds her gun while idling. I didn't see this in actual game. Can anybody confirm it as unused content?
