Shademp: Who is the Source line supposed to credit? It links to a GameFAQs FAQ that doesn't mention the glitch, written by someone else, but credits you, rather than the author of that FAQ. --Aoi 17:49, 11 December 2010 (EST)

Armorless Nova Strike

Should we also have images of the Nova Strike without armor? Xnamkcor 15:07, 8 July 2012 (EDT)

I think that the Nova Strike as it is on this page is enough, since the Fourth Armor cannot perform the Nova Strike in this game. However, the armorless Nova Strike could be put on the X4 page. It's technically not unused content there, just content you wouldn't get to see normally. --Fuzn 19:39, 28 July 2012 (EDT)

Unused music?

According to the Rockman X1~6 soundtrack, X5 has six unused tracks, some being alternate versions of used music: "STAGE SLECT" (sic), "DEEP SEA", "Dr.RIGHT", "MISSION REPORT", "ARMAGEDON", and "ZERO DEAD". --Metalman 11:18, 24 February 2013 (EST)

Neat, but it doesn't count on this wiki if it's not in any version of the retail game disc. I lost my game disc long ago, so I can't confirm if that's the case (someone else can step in and see). Although the Dr. Right theme reminds me a bit of the ending music they used in non-Japanese copies, and I remember reading that Deep Sea was going to be used for Tidal Makkoeen / Duff McWhalen's stage before they decided to use an X2 remix. That Zero music is either an alternate mix or the version you hear in-game may have depended on your ending. I think these tracks may also be unlockable in Mega Man X Collection, but I may be mistaken. LinkTheLefty 13:06, 24 February 2013 (EST)
Actually, all those tracks are in the retail game's digital audio (XM) files. I remember stumbling over them in my copy of the game, which is the US copy. ~ Doc Lithius (Info|Chat|Edits) 23:03, 28 November 2013 (EST)

Guns N' Roses names

I remember Axl the Rose(Or red I can't remember it's midnight over here) being a reference to the Lead Singer, and The Skiver being a reference to the Manager(?) TheRoflGuy (talk) 02:35, 27 August 2014 (EDT)
