Electrocuted Goomba

This sprite IS actually used, and Spiked Goombas also have an equivalent sprite, but only if they're hit with Zap Tap. Watt does not trigger the sprite.

Because of this, and the fact that Goombas are the only enemies in the entire game with sprites like this, it likely still warrants being moved to the Oddities section.
