Regarding the note about the Flying-type background: wouldn't the Dark and Steel-type backgrounds be unused as well? There's no Dark-type Gen 1 Pokemon, even after type retcons, and the Magnemite family's the only Steel-types and they're Electric/Steel. Miles of SmashWiki (talk) 17:07, 25 August 2016 (EDT)

Beta

Pokemon GO had a beta before release which was open to a select number of users. Does anyone have the APK? I know that there are most certainly some differences as far as I can recall (e.g. Master Ball being usable in-game, a no longer used connection failure screen showing a Pokestop with a Psyduck under it) but without having access to such an APK it would be impossible to back up any statements made from anybody who was in the beta program on what was unused or not. --Mold (talk) 12:28, 15 June 2020 (UTC)
