Debug menu?

In rc\dbg\en\ there is a file called lt3_dbg.cpck. In it is a file called lt3_dbg_story.lbin, which contains strings such as "Security Officer Appears", "Demonstration Commences" and "Hint Coin - Car Breaks". Any idea what it is?

Also in the same folder is a file called lt3_ver.cfg. The USA version says:

Probably a scripted event viewer. "Hint Coin - Car Breaks" is the hint coin tutorial in the beginning of the game. --Oaa 13:15, 23 March 2013 (EDT)
