Article Name Confusion

Alright. Why isn't this article called "Mega Man & Bass (SNES)" or something like that?

I know that this is the original game and all, and it never got any kind of official release outside of Japan (surprised iam8bit never tapped that market…), but since this is a primarily-English site and the Game Boy Advance version – which is a port – did get a US release, why in the blazes does this one still use its Japanese name? Does the "rule of names" only apply to ports or something? If so, the Korean-exclusive Windows version of Mega Man X7 actually should be "Rockman X7", or the Game Boy Advance version of this game should be named "Rockman & Forte (GBA)", or… or something.
Seriously. Da Rulez™ could be clearer. Like, maybe a stipulation about ports should be added…
