"Broken" Level Select

After changing the button configuration and trying to perform the Level Select or Credits codes, it turns out they're not broken; rather, you have to readjust the code to the new flipper layout.

If you change it to, say: A_ALL | B_LEFT | C_RIGHT

then the Level Select code becomes: B ↓ C ↓ A ↓ B C ↑ B A ↑ C A ↑
and the Credits code becomes: A ↑ C ↑ B ↑ A C ↓ A B ↓ C B ↓
