Anti-swearing protection
This is a pretty known fact, but if you type swear words in the cheat menu like "fuck" (sorry, needed an example), spiderman comes up and punches the screen, then what you typed in gets erased. I was simply wondering what this word list contained because it wouldn't be seen in-game. Someone who has the rom and uses a hex editor of the sorts might find something in there... --Laenthor (talk) 00:03, 29 November 2017 (EST)

- The swear filter is located in CD.WAD. Interestingly, each character is shifted up by one. ie. a becomes b, b becomes c, ... z becomes {. - eientei95 (talk) 00:33, 29 November 2017 (EST)
- They probably did that to prevent beginner level hackers from finding it (without something like a Caesar cipher). --From: divingkataetheweirdo (talk) 00:38, 29 November 2017 (EST)
- Hun, that's neat. Should it be mentionned on the main page since there's not a lot of stuff on it? --Laenthor (talk) 16:09, 29 November 2017 (EST)
- Maybe, mostly because it has a unique effect rather than just simply rejecting the name. --From: divingkataetheweirdo (talk) 20:37, 29 November 2017 (EST)
- I just realised that it changes the word to something nice instead of erasing the password. Could you guys find that list too? If you do I'll add it to the page in a "Easter Egg" section or something.

Dev Rants (Larry Bundy Jr.)
The game seems to include what are either developer rants (including office politics) or vulgar debugging error strings (a la Enter the Matrix). Can someone vet Guru Larry's video for this? I wouldn't know in what context this information ought to be added. https://youtu.be/ckQw50MTeTY&t=243 Nox13last (talk) 13:29, 21 October 2018 (EDT)
- This is already documented here. But yeah, if these were found here too, we could move them here since the Windows/Mac game is just a port of this PlayStation game. --From: divingkataetheweirdo (talk) 13:39, 21 October 2018 (EDT)
- Ah. I did give a cursory look around, but I didn't see those strings *here*. I'd figured that this information wasn't known anywhere on TCRF. As far as I could tell, nothing in the video suggested that the game this content was found in anything other than the original software. Nox13last (talk) 06:57, 22 October 2018 (EDT)
